Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota seeks a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse for the Baldwin Building - Ambulatory care (Rx/CSA). The LPN provides nursing care under the RN or supervisor, collects data, and assists with assessments and care planning as part of the health care team.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills, with EHR experience preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, days; 56 hours per pay period; 8-hour shifts; on-site location.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license by state requirements.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program preferred.
• One year LPN experience in last five years preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients under RN supervision.
• Collect data through observation and assist in care planning.
• Participate as a health care team member and follow care plans.
• Deliver care per organizational policies and patient care plans.
