Mayo Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Ambulatory care in Baldwin Building, MN. This part-time position supports patient care under RN supervision, delivering care per the care plan and participating in quality initiatives.

Qualified candidates will have an LPN license, strong communication skills, and EMR experience. Daytime, 8-hour shifts, Monday—Friday; 56 hours per pay period; benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of practical nursing or equivalent; may require LPN Boards.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); team environment experience.
• Computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to assigned patients under supervision; collects data and communicates to aid assessment and care planning.
• Delivers care per patient care plan, policies, and relationship-based care principles; participates on committees or quality projects.
