Job summary
Atlantic Health System is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the Ambulatory Desktop Support team, delivering technical support across a dispersed network of physician practices and urgent care sites. The role includes on-site presence and remote-first triage, supporting clinical and administrative users with software, hardware, and mobile devices.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Microsoft certifications or other IT-related certifications preferred.
- Basic networking concepts relevant to healthcare facilities.
- Cybersecurity awareness to protect patient information.
- Cloud/VDI familiarity with Citrix or similar.
Responsibilities
- Uphold customer service excellence and act as a professional ambassador.
- Lead projects from inception to completion with timely delivery.
- Apply end-user computing knowledge to support PC/workstations and hardware.
- Collaborate with IT team to implement new technologies.
- Follow Problem Management workflows for incidents and knowledge sharing.
- Provide first-level technical support and escalate when needed.
- Ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Train end users on technology best practices.
- Manage CMDB assets and participate in audits.
