Advocate Health in Winston-Salem is seeking an ambulatory infusion pharmacist to support nine clinic locations. This full-time role features Mon-Fri hours with variable schedules, and includes pharmacy operations across hematology and oncology ambulatory care. Responsibilities include overseeing medication therapy regimens, patient education, collaboration with the healthcare team, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

A Pharm.D. or B.S.
