Beth Israel Lahey Health is actively seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Ambulatory Division. The role involves leading clinicians and interns, providing clinical services when needed, and ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

The supervisor will balance direct patient work with supervisory duties and will collaborate with the Program Director to guide clinical services.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Licensed at the Independent level (LICSW, LMHC or Psychologist) in MA; four years post-master’s experience and two years supervisory experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical supervision to clinicians and/or interns.
• Assess supervisee learning needs; develop and implement learning objectives and supervision plan; complete performance reviews.
• Ensure availability outside scheduled supervision; respond to clinical emergencies.
• Monitor supervisee paperwork and billing documentation; ensure records comply with QA standards.
• Support supervisee in administrative tasks and maintain productivity expectations.
• Provide direct clinical services to individuals, families and/or groups.
• Complete intake, termination/transfer, billing sheets and insurance forms timely per policies.
• Meet monthly productivity expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal/external providers and regulatory bodies.
