Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead supervised care within the Collaborative Care Model. The role blends direct patient care (about 50%) with supervision, coaching, and workforce development (about 50%).

You will supervise Behavioral Health Clinicians and Care Managers, support training, ensure documentation accuracy, and collaborate with primary care and psychiatry teams to maintain high-quality, measurement-based care across the system.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services field required.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensed at the Independent level required, LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in MA.
• Knowledge of Collaborative Care or Integrated Behavioral Health essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Behavioral Health Clinicians, Care Managers, and trainees.
• Support care managers in developing competencies in Collaborative Care.
• Ensure clinical documentation and patient registry management compliance.
