Job summary

You will assess patients, plan individualized care, educate families, and respond to urgent concerns with clinical judgment.

The role requires MA licensure, a BSN preferred, and current BLS; ACLS may be required by department. You will contribute to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification with American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification as required by departmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care with organized, coordinated delivery for assigned patients/families.
• Conduct systematic patient and family assessments and document health data.
• Develop culturally competent care plans with stated outcomes and preventative measures.
• Deliver age-appropriate care and monitor for acute changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate with physicians and ambulatory staff to ensure continuity of care.
