Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse: Ambulatory Care to deliver high-quality care within the Lahey Clinic Professional Practice Model. The nurse collaborates with physicians and ambulatory staff to plan and coordinate care, ensuring safety, dignity, and cultural sensitivity in every patient interaction.

Responsibilities include teaching, care coordination, and evidence-based practice aligned with ANA standards.

Qualificações

• Graduate of state approved/accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice professional nursing from Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• BLS certification with American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe patient care with organizational skills to maintain quality care for defined patients/families.
• Perform systematic patient and family assessment and record health data; analyze and interpret data.
• Develop culturally competent plan of care; respect patient/family values and beliefs.
• Deliver age-appropriate care; assess severity of patient symptoms and respond appropriately.
• Administer medications, including blood products, and coordinate care across disciplines.
