Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy required.
• Massachusetts Pharmacist License required.
• 3+ years pharmacist practice experience required in a related setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, interns, and students at ambulatory sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy and federal agencies.
• Review and verify medication orders and ensure patient safety.
• Provide drug information to clinicians and staff; support formulary stewardship.
• Oversee sterile and non-sterile medication preparation and staff training.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and staff evaluations.
