Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Manager, Physician Practices II to oversee the daily operations of an employed physician clinic within the Baptist Health Physician Group in Prattville. You will supervise front-office and back-office staff, ensure quality of care, manage budgets, and foster strong physician relations to support efficient clinic performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related health field preferred.
• 3–5 years within Baptist Health System or affiliate, or 5+ years in healthcare with 2+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• CMPE, CPC, CHE, FACHE, or similar designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an employed physician clinic within Baptist Health Physician Group.
• Supervise front-office and back-office staff with a focus on efficiency and patient service.
• Provide leadership in practice management, staff development, and vendor/clinical relations.
