Park DuValle Community Health Centers seeks a Practice Administrator to provide executive operational leadership across its primary care locations. You will oversee patient access, staffing, scheduling, and patient flow, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of ambulatory healthcare operations, patient access, scheduling, and clinic workflow management.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience supervising staff and managing performance through key operational metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Provides operational oversight for all primary care locations and ensures efficient daily operations.
• Develops and monitors KPIs related to patient access, patient volume, provider productivity, scheduling utilization, patient retention, and operational efficiency.
• Partners with Site Coordinators to implement operational standards and workflows across locations.
• Identifies barriers to patient access and develops corrective action plans.
• Monitors appointment utilization, schedules, no-show rates, and capacity to maximize patient access.
• Implements strategies to improve patient volume and satisfaction.
• Collaborates with CMO and clinical leadership to align operational priorities with clinical objectives.
• Develops and presents operational performance reports and dashboards to executive leadership.
• Supports budget development, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Leads organizational projects and provides coaching and development to staff.
