Cherry Health, Michigan’s largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), operates in six counties across the state and sustains a team of more than 650 healthcare professionals at 20 locations, delivering comprehensive primary care, dental, vision, and behavioral health services to underserved communities.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Site Manager to lead daily ambulatory practice operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive performance, safety, and regulatory compliance

Qualificações

• Five or more years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience working in an ambulatory or outpatient medical environment.
• Experience working with multiple providers and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the assigned medical practice.
• Promote high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care with medical leadership and providers.
• Oversee clinical workflows, patient access, care delivery, productivity, and efficient use of practice resources.
• Direct, supervise, train, and evaluate staff in accordance with organizational expectations and competencies.
• Lead initiatives to improve clinical workflows, patient experience, access, quality, and overall practice performance.
