Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience in a primary care, multi-specialty, or outpatient setting.
• Experience leading clinical and administrative teams and improving workflows.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics, provider productivity, and financial performance.
• Proficiency with EHRs and Microsoft Office.
