Job summary

McKesson Medical-Surgical is seeking an Ambulatory Care Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with physician practices and healthcare organizations across the Colorado territory. This field-based role offers autonomy, career growth, and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive sales, account management, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience selling to healthcare providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of healthcare accounts and win new business within the territory.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive revenue, retention, and gross profit.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products, services, and solutions to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions and maximize value.
• Conduct regular customer visits, reviews, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
