Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years medical office experience including customer service, cash handling, patient registration, scheduling, medical billing, and multi-line phone handling.
• 1+ years of KSC experience as Ambulatory Service Representative II.
• EMR experience.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Solid computer skills with MS Office and web.
• Proven excellent customer service in person and by phone.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed duties of a financial reviewer, patient service representative, PBX operator, appointments clerk, or medical records clerk.
• Handle assigned tasks as directed by site manager.
• Contribute to timely and accurate patient interactions and data entry.
