Job summary

Centers for Advanced Urology is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to oversee ambulatory care operations, including finance, emergency response, patient service and regulatory compliance. The role partners with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, demonstrate leadership experience in ambulatory settings, and be skilled in EMR and Microsoft Office. BSN is preferred and ACLS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage clinical team members, including hiring, training and evaluation.
• Ensure department compliance with regulations and standards.
• Manage budget, staffing, equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve quality and efficiency of care.
• Develop and evaluate processes to improve patient care results and reduce costs.
• Coordinate facility safety checks and environment maintenance.
• Address patient/family concerns and report to senior management.
