Job summary

UAB Medicine is seeking a Nurse Manager for ambulatory care to lead clinical programs and teams. You will set objectives, drive plans, and ensure adherence to quality and financial standards across assigned ambulatory areas.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, 5 years of related experience, and 2 years in leadership, with an Alabama RN license. CPR is required or must be obtained within 30 days; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and five (5) years of related experience; two (2) years in nursing leadership.
• Current Alabama RN license required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment. ACLS/PALS may be required based on clinic need.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives and ensure plans and policies are implemented for ambulatory area(s) of responsibility.
• Ensure services are delivered within established quality and financial standards.
