• Exercise professional nursing judgment appropriate to level of care and prioritizing patient acuity and workload demands.
• Provide patient care using nursing knowledge and technical competence; recognize significant changes and act.
• Collaborate with staff as a nursing resource and promote team collaboration.
• Lead in ambulatory care models and drive system-wide initiatives.
• Coordinate continuity of care across hospital admission, discharge, and ER visits.
• Advocate for patients navigating the health system.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
