Job summary

Unifeye Vision Partners seeks a Registered Nurse Manager in Upland, CA to lead the Ambulatory Surgery Center’s clinical, operational, and administrative functions. The role focuses on delivering safe peri-operative care, driving staff performance, and achieving high patient satisfaction.

You will supervise nursing staff and support personnel, implement evidence-based practices, and ensure regulatory compliance across CMS, OSHA, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience in hospital or surgery center setting.
• Minimum 2–3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong background in peri-operative nursing (pre-op, OR, PACU).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for ambulatory surgery operations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and productivity aligned with surgical volume.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, OSHA, infection control and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate with clinical, anesthesia, surgical, and administrative teams.
• Lead performance reviews, coaching, and staff development.
• Monitor KPIs and drive cost-effective operational improvements.
