Job summary

Ascend Vision Partners in Orlando is seeking a Registered Nurse Administrator/Manager to lead the daily operations of our AHCA accredited four-OR Ambulatory Surgery Center. You will oversee compliance, clinical operations, staff development, and physician relations while providing hands-on clinical support as needed.

A Florida RN license with BSN preferred and 3–5 years ASC leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Florida in good standing.
• 3–5 years ASC leadership experience.
• Experience as ASC Administrator or Director preferred.
• Knowledge of AAAHC, AHCA, CMS requirements.
• Proficient in ASC regulatory reporting and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and QA.
• Supervise nursing and clinical staff.
• Oversee scheduling, onboarding, and education.
• Coordinate with physicians, anesthesia, and vendors.
• Monitor patient safety and performance improvement.
• Manage budgeting and operations planning.
• Ensure life safety and equipment maintenance.
