Job summary

Atlantic Medical Group is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse for ambulatory care in Morristown, NJ. The RN will work a daytime schedule in AMG Internal Medicine, participating in a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include clinical actions, data collection, care planning, and adherence to patient safety standards. Requires NJ RN license; BSN preferred and outpatient experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• NJ RN license required.
• BLS certification preferred after hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists management with maintaining par inventory levels.
• Takes appropriate clinical actions using available resources.
• Independently prioritizes daily tasks and assignments.
• Uses EMR and other computer systems to manage patient data.
• Provides ambulatory care as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Collects and assesses patient health data to develop the plan of care.
• Drives evidence-based care and safety in plan delivery.
• Ensures care aligns with NJ Nurse Practice Act.
• Maintains strong communication and organization in a specialized ambulatory setting.

Education
