Job summary

Atlantic Health System seeks a Registered Nurse for our AMG Primary Care in Linden, NJ. In this ambulatory role, you will deliver direct patient care, assess health status, and apply the nursing process to plan and evaluate care.

Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team ensures safety and high-quality outcomes for patients and families. The position requires NJ RN licensure and an accredited nursing program; BSN is highly preferred, with additional outpatient experience and BLS after hire

Qualifications

• RN license valid in New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification after hire is preferred.
• BSN highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in ambulatory settings with focus on safety and quality outcomes.
• Collect and assess patient data to develop, execute, and evaluate care plans.
