Job summary

Michigan Medicine's Briarwood Medical Group Ambulatory Care Unit seeks an Administrative Manager Associate to lead operations and improve care delivery. Reporting to the Associate Director for Briarwoods, you will align provider performance, staffing, and patient flow to support value-based care in a primary care setting.

• Bachelor's degree in health or business administration.
• Prior management, supervisory, or team leader experience.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate teamwork to manage operations.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ACU operations and staff development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CMS, JC, CLIA, and others.
• Lead onboarding of new providers and support staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, billing, and referral processes.
• Provide performance feedback and drive quality improvement.
