WMCP WMC Physician Practices in Weston, WV is seeking a supervisory professional to oversee ambulatory office operations and patient care activities. You will provide leadership to staff, ensure service quality, and maintain adherence to policies in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The role requires 3 years of healthcare experience, HS diploma, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Three years of health care experience are required.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and coordinates patient care activities within the ambulatory office.
• Provides daily supervision to staff for prompt, courteous service.
• Monitors operations to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coaches staff based on performance management principles.
• Gathers statistics and completes reports as scheduled.
• Communicates daily operations status to Manager/Director.
• Addresses patient/family or staff complaints and resolves issues.
• Coordinates cross-department problem resolution as needed.
• Organizes daily tasks to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Maintains knowledge of operations and Staffing as needed.
