WVU Medicine Morgantown is seeking a clinical administrative leader for the medical practice. You’ll translate objectives into actions to support quality patient care and oversee financial, administrative and operational management within one clinical department.

The role requires RN licensure, BSN, BLS within 30 days, and prior healthcare management experience. You’ll collaborate with staff and physicians to drive improvements, budgeting, policy development, and compliance in a teaching

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Must be licensed RN with BSN and BLS credential.
• Background check as required for regulatory areas.

Responsabilités

• Plans, organizes, implements and evaluates the delivery of patient care according to policy and mission.
• Develops and supports strategies for quality patient care in a teaching environment.
• Ensures staff provides care aligned with policies, procedures and service standards.
• Coordinates activities between clinical services and WVU Healthcare to ensure quality care.
• Develops departmental policies and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Assists with operational budgeting and staffing to ensure safe, cost-effective patient care.
