• Graduate of an approved school of nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• RN licensure in Tennessee required upon hire.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required upon hire.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical/patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily ambulatory operations and provide operational support.
• Lead patient care to promote efficient, safe workflow across practices.
• Serve as clinical leader and resource for ambulatory staff.
• Ensure readiness for Joint Commission, state, and CMS surveys.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and quality improvement.
