Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area is desired.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ambulatory care and pre/post surgical follow up.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient nursing care.
• Document care and communicate with physicians and team.
• Provide care based on physician orders and standards.
