Froedtert Health is seeking an Analyst to advise on ambulatory capacity improvement initiatives across the clinical enterprise. You will translate access needs into technical workflows and collaborate with clinical, IT, and operational teams to implement data-driven improvements.

You will support capacity management efforts across strategic programs while maintaining collaboration and alignment with organizational values and standard work.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in analytics or capacity management.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of EHR systems and clinical workflows.
