Qualifications

• Must have customer service skills and the ability to work weekends/holidays.
• Experience with data entry and using office equipment (printer, copier, fax, scanner).
• Experience with a multi-line telephone system and basic English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients in ambulatory clinics.
• Enter patient data into registration system and verify insurance coverage.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments; support front-desk operations.
