Job summary

You will collaborate with Access Center staff to meet access, revenue cycle, and scheduling goals while delivering exceptional patient service. A CHAA is preferred and bilingual skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred; bilingual is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Competent in ambulatory scheduling across Primary Care, Specialty, and referrals.
• Answers all calls to schedule patients accurately per Epic guidelines.
• Evaluates clinical inquiries and routes/escalates per department and Epic guidelines.
• Performs outreach to patients to convert referrals to scheduled appointments.
• Documents in Epic and uses Salesforce/Genesys to optimize workflow.
• Monitors and escalates access, capacity, and Epic build issues; supports team.
