Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of front-line clerical experience in a clinical setting with direct patient contact.
• Experience scheduling appointments and managing patient access workflows.
• Knowledge of OHSU PAS policies and procedures is preferred.
• PAS training and core competencies are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced knowledge of referralprocessing workflows and clinic scheduling matrices used for new patient scheduling.
• Disseminate workflow updates to AAS scheduling teams and assist with interpretation of referral requirements.
• Provide targeted training and workflow guidance for AAS scheduling staff and assist with service observation.
• Perform quality reviews of referral processing and scheduling; report findings to leadership and ensure corrections.
• Coordinate with employment supervisor for new employee checklists and ensure training and system access.
