Job summary

Nebraska Medicine is seeking an Access Innovation Advisor for the First Shift. You will lead projects that reimagine ambulatory scheduling and patient access, bringing together clinical leaders, clinic managers, providers, and IT teams to design smarter workflows.

Using data, critical thinking, and collaboration, you’ll optimize scheduling, capacity, and the patient experience, while advancing digital tools such as MyChart and ensuring efficient provider utilization.

Qualifications

• Five years experience including: data analysis, guiding staff on non-routine issues, and project guidance.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and analysis related to patient access optimization in ambulatory clinics.
• Identify opportunities to improve capacity utilization, scheduling optimization, patient volume, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, clinic managers, providers, and technical teams.
