Job summary

Qualifications

  • HS/GED with 3+ years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or
  • Associates with 1 year relevant experience.

  • Hold bill edits
  • Charge reconciliations
  • Billing and managed care functions including responding to billing inquiries and coordinating with insurance carriers
  • Provide general administrative support (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)
  • Manage physician and departmental calendars and administrative appointments
  • Registration & insurance edits review and corrections
  • Pre-authorization, referral coordination and referral reconciliation
  • Referral work lists
  • Other administrative duties to support the practice
