Paul Gough Media in Celebration, Florida is expanding its sales team and seeking a driven Sales Development Representative. You will create qualified opportunities for the sales team by engaging private healthcare business owners and turning initial conversations into qualified appointments for our consultants.

In a high-volume environment, you will handle outbound and inbound leads, maintain CRM records, and consistently hit weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation preferred.
• Experience using CRM software or working with a sales pipeline is an advantage.
• Based in Celebration, FL or willing to commute to the office.

Aufgaben

• Make approximately 150–200 outbound calls every day.
• Respond quickly to new inbound leads.
• Re-engage previous prospects and older opportunities.
• Speak confidently with clinic owners and decision-makers.
• Ask effective questions to understand their business and current challenges.
• Qualify prospects based on fit, need, and opportunity.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects across phone, text, email, and social media.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Work toward weekly and monthly call, conversation, and appointment targets.
• Track your conversion rates and identify where you can improve.
• Take responsibility for your own performance.
