Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You will work with children to implement ABA strategies in-home and in the community, collecting data and reporting progress.

We offer competitive pay from $25 to $30 per hour, with full-time or part-time schedules, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) with matching, mileage reimbursement, BCBA-in-Training, and college reimbursement.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Communicate with analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate progress reports.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain client records.
