Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families in home and community settings. You will work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver high-quality ABA therapy and help clients progress through data-driven interventions.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Mansioni

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as an RBT.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as an RBT to monitor client progress effectively.
