Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You’ll provide in-home and community-based interventions and collect data using Rethink software.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT credential.
• Experience with children/ABA is preferred.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.
• Schedule: full-time, part-time, flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skills using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to report progress.
• Complete progress notes and maintain records to monitor client progress.
