Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced store team. You will greet customers, determine eyewear needs, and guide them through the selection process while meeting sales targets and maintaining outstanding service quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service in fast-paced retail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs.
• Effective communication with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify eyewear needs for a simple, memorable visit.
• Assist patients in selecting eyewear within budget and care requirements.
• Achieve sales goals while following policies and procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve questions promptly.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety standards; maintain brand housekeeping.
• Assist with simple repairs, lens edging, and timely delivery.
• Notify management of equipment issues and order status.
• Track delivery times and promise commitments accurately.
• Support additional duties as needed.
