• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine their eyewear needs to create an easy and memorable experience.
• Assist patients to choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Achieve sales goals while complying with company and local policies.
• Maintain quality standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
• Edge stock lenses and assemble frames to expedite delivery of eyewear.
