Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a capable line cook for the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center in College Station, TX. You will prepare dishes, follow recipes, and work as part of a busy culinary team under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

You must have 2-3 years of professional kitchen experience, be able to stand long shifts, lift 50 pounds, and be available for day/night and weekend schedules. The role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
• Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain it.
• Willing to work varied day/night shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Check daily objectives with leadership.
• Set up a la carte stations for meals.
• Produce dishes per standard recipes and presentations.
• Prep, clean, and organize workstation.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen per health codes.
• Assist with banquet, kitchen line, and prep tasks.
• Complete mise en place before service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
