Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for a full-time culinary position at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center in College Station, TX. You will support daily kitchen operations, prepare dishes, and ensure proper mise en place for service.

The role requires 2-3 years of professional kitchen experience, a food handler’s certificate (or ability to obtain), and flexibility to work day/night and weekends. Expect a hands-on environment and opportunities to grow within the Pyramid Global portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
• Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain it.
• Willingness to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Desire to exceed expectations and bring energy to the role.

Responsibilities

• Checks with leadership for daily objectives.
• Sets up required a la carte stations for meals.
• Produces dishes in accordance with standard recipes and presentations.
• Preps, cleans, and organises workstation.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary kitchen per health codes.
• Performs banquet, kitchen line, and prep duties as directed by chefs.
• Completes mise en place before service.
