Responsibilities

• Mark and pre-buss tables.
• Liaison between kitchen and public areas during service.
• Coordinate food orders to ensure timely delivery to tables.
• Sanitize and clear tables promptly and maintain professional appearance.
• Know all offered menu items.
• Provide water and bread during the meal.
• Address mishaps quickly and effectively.
• Be familiar with property amenities and other restaurants.
• Restock for the next day.
