Job summary

Modern-Parking-Inc is seeking a part-time Parking Attendant in Pasadena, CA. You will greet guests, assist at exit lanes, and provide directions to facility amenities while ensuring safety and order in the parking areas.

The role involves cash handling, directing traffic, and completing end-of-shift reports. You will also support door opening, risk checks, and basic troubleshooting of automated payment systems during shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Cash Handling experience preferred.
• Take an Integrity Survey.
• Willing to take a Fitness for Duties Test (Medical/Drug Screen).
• Willingness to undergo a Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the exit lanes.

• Provide customer oversight of POF and PIL point of sales hardware.
• Provide preventative maintenance and troubleshoot automated hardware.

The Ambassador provides numerous guest services for the parking facility including greeting customers and providing instruction, directions, and other information to guests in a kind and welcoming manner.Responsibilities:Assisting customers at the exit lanesAssist with Cashiering, directing traffic, and completing end of shift reportsOpen doors and assist customers as needed.Provide customer oversight of POF, and PIL point of sales (automated hardware)Provide preventative maintenance and troubleshoot automated hardwareMaintain cleanliness of areas where customers make payment and/or travelProvide traffic lane oversight when instructed by managementSupply customers with directions and information regarding facility amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interestMonitor and maintain safety, security, cleanliness of parking areas/levels,Report any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, and/or potential security problems to the Manager/SupervisorCommunicate parking procedures to customersSchedule:Saturday 10:30am - 3:30pm and Sunday 10:00am - 2:00pmMinimum Requirements:Must be 18 years or olderCustomer Service experience preferredCash Handling experience preferredTake an Integrity SurveyWilling to take a Fitness for Duties Test (Medical/Drug Screen)Willingness to undergo a Background Check.Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout shift.
