Responsibilities

• Assist customers at exit lanes and provide directions.
• Support cashiering, guide traffic, and complete end-of-shift reports.
• Open doors and assist customers as needed.
• Oversee POS devices and automated hardware.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshoot hardware.
• Keep payment areas clean and safe.
• Provide parking guidance and facility information.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers at the exit lanes
• Assist with Cashiering, directing traffic, and completing end of shift reports
• Open doors and assist customers as needed.
• Provide customer oversight of POF, and PIL point of sales (automated hardware)
• Provide preventative maintenance and troubleshoot automated hardware
• Maintain cleanliness of areas where customers make payment and/or travel
• Provide traffic lane oversight when instructed by management
• Supply customers with directions and information regarding facility amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest
• Monitor and maintain safety, security, cleanliness of parking areas/levels,
• Report any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, and/or potential security problems to the Manager/Supervisor
• Communicate parking procedures to customers

Schedule:

Saturday 10:30am - 3:30pmand Sunday 10:00am - 2:00pm

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Cash Handling experience preferred
• Take an Integrity Survey
• Willing to take a Fitness for Duties Test (Medical/Drug Screen)
• Willingness to undergo a Background Check.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout shift.
