Job summary

PARKING CONCEPTS, INC. is seeking a part-time Parking Ambassador for the Downtown L.A. area. This role ensures that cars are parked correctly, the lot remains clean, and customer queries are handled with courtesy.

The position requires the ability to stand or sit for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and pass a background check. The role offers a flexible schedule and a hourly pay rate of $18.00–$19.00, reflecting a supportive work environment.

• Knowledge of local streets and landmarks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits to ensure smooth flow.
• Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to supervisor/site manager.
• Communicate safety issues regarding debris, spills, and hazards to site management.
• Assist with other duties as required by supervisor.
