Job summary

Villa Sport in Colorado Springs seeks an energetic Ambassador to tour prospective members and sell memberships with a friendly, low-pressure approach.

You will present the club's features, benefits and pricing, nurture leads, and build relationships through outreach and in-house engagement. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college experience is preferred.
• Strong sales and hospitality or customer service background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attentive listening.

Responsibilities

• Give warm, informative tours highlighting club features and benefits.
• Present services and fees clearly to prospective members.
• Build relationships and generate new membership leads through outreach.
• Represent Villa Sport at local events and greet members in-club.
• Maintain organized records and follow up on leads in a timely way.
• Work evenings, weekends and overtime as needed.

Your journey starts here!POSITION SUMMARY:Ambassadors will sell memberships by professionally and enthusiastically presenting the club’s features, benefits, services, programs and fees to potential members in an honest, welcoming and service-oriented manner. They will focus on building relationships with prospective and new members through outreach activity to generate and nurture new membership leads. Ambassadors will participate in local and community events as representatives of Villa Sport to raise public awareness of the club.
