Job summary

United Parks & Resorts seeks enthusiastic Ambassadors to educate guests at SeaWorld venues. You’ll engage visitors, present animal information on microphones, and guide tours for diverse groups including VIPs and event attendees.

The role requires high school education or equivalent, strong communication, and a willingness to learn safety protocols. Shift work includes opening, mid, closing times and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to talk on a microphone and engage guests.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent SeaWorld with a positive attitude and commitment to quality in all interactions.
• Interact with guests to provide animal and park information proactively.
• Conduct engaging animal presentations on microphone at exhibits.
• Lead guided tours for public guests and private groups, including VIPs and events.
• Support park operations and logistics during tours and events.
• Assist with educational materials preparation and guest services tasks.
