Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic staff to educate guests about animal conservation and park programs, while delivering high-energy tours and informative presentations.

The role includes teaching Education Programs (Field Trips, Camps, Sleepovers) and guiding VIP/PR groups, with an emphasis on safety, customer service, and engaging all ages throughout variable shifts at the park.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; related coursework preferred.
• 3 months of coaching, teaching, or camp counselor experience preferred.
• Prior experience working with children and strong verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the park with a positive attitude and high energy.
• Educate guests about animal conservation and park programs.
• Conduct informative animal presentations and guided tours for public and private groups.
• Teach Education Programs including Field Trips, Camps, Sleepovers, and Group Camp.
• Monitor guest and animal safety and assist with sales of programs.
