Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably Amazon Vendor Central (1P).
• Experience with Amazon purchase orders, inventory management, fulfillment, and vendor compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and e-commerce sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations primarily through Amazon Vendor Central.
• Monitor and process Amazon purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely confirmation, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, replenishment, and stockouts to support sales growth.
• Maintain and optimize product catalog information (titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, attributes).
• Collaborate with design/marketing to develop Amazon Premium A+ Content and ensure brand consistency.
• Troubleshoot PO, shipment, invoices, payments, deductions, and vendor compliance issues.
• Investigate and resolve chargebacks, shortages, price discrepancies, and vendor claims.
• Coordinate collection, submission, and maintenance of product compliance documents for Amazon and other platforms.
