Job summary

Custom Filters Direct is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist / Amazon Listing Specialist to manage daily Amazon listings, audit content, and maintain accurate product data across platforms. This on-site role in Bloomsburg, PA requires experience with Amazon Vendor Central, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with internal teams while coordinating across Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay.

The position offers a Monday-Friday day schedule, salary based on experience, and benefits

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is required.
• Previous eCommerce or listing management experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify issues and problem-solve effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
• Experience with additional platforms (Walmart, Target, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Amazon product listings.
• Audit listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Identify and resolve suppressed listings, errors, and discrepancies.
• Communicate with Amazon Vendor Central support to resolve issues.
• Monitor listing health and performance.
• Ensure product data, pricing, and content are up to date.
• Support listings across Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay.
• Collaborate with internal teams (inventory, marketing, operations).
